It is the aim of Aspire Care Services Limited to deliver a service of personal care and associated domestic services to meet the needs of service users in their own homeenvironment. This will be achieved by promoting a standard of excellence which embraces fundamental principles of Good Care Practice that is witnessed and evaluated through the practice, conduct and control of quality care in the domestic environment.

- To meet these service user needs the Care Service is designed to achieve the following objectives:
- To provide a needs-led service that meets the needs of the Service User and keeps them safe and well
- To maintain our Service Users’ life style and skills and encourage their independence
- To ensure that each Service User’s needs and values are respected in matters relating to their beliefs, religion, culture, race or ethnic origin, sexuality/sexual orientation, status, disability or impairment.
- To ensure that services are delivered flexibly in consultation with the Service User and their families/advocates in an unbiased fashion whilst respecting the Service User’s rights to independence, informed choices, privacy and dignity.
- To practice safe recruitment and employ, train and support care workers to deliver a high quality service
- To be a responsible and ethical employer which offers its staff the best working enviroment, employment terms and conditions and ongoing professional development
- To operate and manage the service as an efficient domiciliary care business by making the best use of available resources to maximise value for money for both local authority, the service user, and other stakeholders.
- To match care workers as closely as possible to the needs of the Service User but respecting the right of the service user to change his or her care worker in the event of subsequent non-compatibility.
- To manage risk to keep people safe whilst respecting their choices to take positive risks to improve wellbeing
- To ensure that all Service Users receive written information on the organisation services, the complaints procedures & resolution and instructions on how to use it. The organisation administrative and management structure would be made available to interested stakeholder on request.
- To maintain equality of opportunity at all levels in the delivery of services and the management of the delivery system.
